New Patient Registrationregister_now

We are accepting registrations of a baby if the parent is currently registered with the Practice and members of the public who come to live with a patient currently registered with the Practice.  Otherwise, if you move to live in Burntisland and wish to register with us please make enquiries at Reception.

Patient Responsibilities

Patients are expected to keep appointments or notify reception in good time if they wish to cancel an appointment.  Repeated failure to do this, and also any abusive or violent behaviour to any member of staff will result in the patient being removed from our list and asked to register with another Practice.  If there is a change of personal details e.g. name, address, telephone number, please contact the Practice so we may update our records.  Please see the Practice Charter for additional information.

Guide to GP Services

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them.  You can download the guide below, which includes a link to the Registration Form.
