Fife’s Health Promotion Service is delighted to announce that we are partnering with Our Minds Matter and the Shout text messaging service to offer free, confidential mental health support to young people living in Fife who are experiencing distress. The service launched on 1st December and can be accessed by simply texting the word ‘Fife’ to 85258.

Who can access the service? Link Life Fife supports adults, aged 18 and over, who are experiencing any of the following: • emotional distress as a result of social circumstances • persistent poor mental wellbeing • a long-term health condition that affects mental wellbeing.
